For those planners who want more flexibility with their venue spaces, we've compiled a list of some top white-box venues in San Francisco and beyond that you can turn into anything your creative mind desires.

Pier 27 

27 The Embarcadero 

Almost ten years old, this modern venue on San Francisco's waterfront has high ceilings, an open floor plan, and plenty of parking. With views of the Bay Bridge, the Financial District and Coit Tower, this is the perfect venue to bring newcomers. There is an upper and lower level, both with ample reception spaces and seating, along with theaters that can hold between 200-800 guests.

Pier 35 

1454 The Embarcadero

Nearly 100 years old, filled with period style, Pier 35 offers a staggering 100,000 square feet of event space. Banquets, performances, interactive group experiences—all are possible at Pier 35. This venue offers views of Alcatraz, Treasure Island and the Bay Bridge, and has both an upper and lower level. The Lower Level has both the Vintage Hall and the Plaza, while the upper level holds the Sky View room and Lounge.

Pier 48

This venue, directly across from Oracle Park, can host any sort of event. With views of the East Bay, easy access to Muni, and room for up to 7,000 guests, Pier 48 is a perfect place to throw your kick-off or closing night event.

Building 12 at Pier 70 

8 22nd Street

There are no limits to what you can do at the giant Pier 70. Located in the budding Dogpatch neighborhood, Pier 70 harkens to San Francisco's past, with its brick facade and steel beams, while embracing its future by being a completely flexible space.
