Everything You Need to Know About Chase Center Private Events

Mission Bay’s Chase Center is home to the seven-time NBA Champion Golden State Warriors and so much more! Since opening in 2019, the multi-purpose, award-winning, live entertainment venue has become one of the most popular destinations for private events in the Bay Area. With more than 10 unique spaces, multiple outdoor areas including Thrive City, and customizable options, the arena offers endless opportunities for providing your attendees with unique and memorable experiences.

Private Event Venues

Chase Center boasts maximum capacity for more than 18,000 guests, with individual spaces that meet every type of rental need, from large conferences, keynotes, and business receptions to weddings and seated dinners.  The spaces feature everything from club levels and meeting rooms to the outdoor Thrive City and the full arena, including: West and East Entrance Lobbys; Chase, JP Morgan, United, Budweiser Legends, and Pepsi Clubs; Modelo Cantina; Above The Rim; Thrive City Plaza; Area Bowl; Full Arena and more.

Depending on your event needs, the intimate yet casual Pepsi Club can accommodate up to 185 guests. The arena’s Above The Rim venue also features a private entrance along Terry Francois Boulevard and floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping views of San Francisco and the Bay. If you’re in the mood for something grand and all-encompassing, the United Club caters to 700 guests and features multiple areas within to allow for a turnkey event flow. If you need a truly upscale, luxurious space to wow your VIPs, the JP Morgan Club offers a perfect lounge setting with full-service bar and food stations for up to 270 guests.

If you’re in need of outdoor space for a large reception or major event activation, Thrive City Plaza is the place for you. With space for several thousand guests, Thrive City Plaza features built-in shops and restaurants, a massive 74-foot wide by 42-foot-tall video board, and beautiful open-air space for festivals, community events, and much more.

Technology Capabilities

The state-of-the-art arena boasts world-class technology that will take your event to the next level. Equipped with a high-definition video centerhung, LED ribbon boards, a sound system designed for optimal acoustics, and advanced lighting and effects systems, these features make the arena ideal for hosting a wide range of private events such as corporate meetings and conferences.

The Chase Center LED center hung is nearly 9,700 square feet in size, making it the largest in the NBA. The display is fully customizable, allowing for a wide range of visual effects and graphics, and the centerhung has the ability to retract into the ceiling for alternative needs of the space.

Looking for a super-fast network so your guests can share their experience in real time? Chase Center is the first arena in North America to deploy a Wi-Fi 6E network. This provides faster and reliable operation capabilities such as streaming content, conducting online meetings, or providing digital content to your attendees.

A large production needs the best equipment, and Chase Center's rigging system is one of the most advanced and versatile in the world. It consists of 490 hauling points that can easily move over 400,000 pounds of equipment and dramatically cuts production time for events. The system is computer-controlled and can be programmed to move in precise, synchronized patterns, allowing for intricate and elaborate lighting, sound, and video.

Food & Beverage

All Chase Center event venues serve mouth-watering food and carefully selected beverage programs courtesy of in-house caterers, Bon Appétit. The unique and versatile Above The Rim venue accommodates outside caterers with increased flexibility, so let your imagination run wild.

The menu presented offers a wide variety of items for all your catering needs, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. In addition, an executive chef is available to create a custom menu to suit all types of events and tastes, including accommodating any special dietary requests when given advance notification.

Availability & Booking

Private Events at Chase Center must be booked no sooner than 90 days in advance of the event date. Spaces are available for private rentals on days that are not reserved for scheduled Warriors games, concerts or public events (with the exception of the Above The Rim).
